Final Plat 3.1 Verk 1 Substation This proposal involves approval for a Final Plat for a substation to be developed at 1730 West 3400 North. 4. Zone Change 4.1 Builders FirstSource Rezone This proposal involves a request to change the zoning of 16.8 acres of property from R-R Rural Residential to I-1 Light Industrial.
